Dubai Quarantine Package for Saudi Arabia from Pakistan Pre-departure requirements :

All passengers need to present a printed copy of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result certificate issued by an authorised laboratory no more than 72 hours before the last direct flight to Saudi Arabia. Citizens of Saudi Arabia and children under the age of 8 years are exempt from this requirement.

COVID-19 vaccination entry requirements

Citizens or residents

Travellers with ‘Immune’ status in Tawakkalna app who completed their vaccinations against COVID-19.
Who have passed 14 days after their first dose, or
Who have recovered from COVID-19 within the last 6 months.
Non-residents and first-time visitors

Travellers that have completed 14 days since receiving all doses of vaccine authorised by Saudi Arabia and who can present a certificate or proof of vaccination in accordance with the requirements set by the Ministry of Health of Saudi Arabia and fill the required online form before travelling to Saudi Arabia.
Vaccines authorised by the Ministry of Health of Saudi Arabia:

2 doses of Pfizer
Two doses of Oxford AstraZeneca
2 doses of Moderna
One dose of Johnson & Johnson
Vaccination certificates are required to be certified by an official health authorities of the country that provided the vaccination, and the duration between receiving the last dose (the second dose of a two dose vaccine or the first dose of a single dose vaccine) should not be less than 14 days before travelling to Saudi Arabia.

Required forms

Passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate stating that they received the vaccine at least 14 days before arrival must complete the Registration Immunisation Information Form at https://muqeem.sa/#/vaccine-registration/home before travelling to Saudi Arabia.

Passengers will be able to use the Tawakkalna app once their data has been registered. This does not apply to citizens of Saudi Arabia and exempt categories as mentioned above under the “Quarantine procedures for travellers coming from restricted countries” section.

All passengers must complete the health disclaimer form and present it on arrival to the Airport Health Control Centre.
